Mythopoetic Dreams ~ Come to Life

While some long to meet movie stars, others of us long to meet up with old pithoi jars.
I know it’s weird...I would be the first to admit how strange it is.
Half the time, I can barely understand it myself, but it’s true - I have looked at this jar untold countless times in books and images.
I could chalk it up to a past life, but that would be to cliche.
I know the reasons deep down in my heart and soul and gut, but it would be too lengthy to explain in the forum so I will say meeting this jar today fulfilled a mythopoetic dream of brushing up against a people and a place and a time that is part of personal and collective destiny.
