Over the 4th of July weekend for an Introductory Immersion into the practice of Sacred Drumming. 

Our retreat will take place at the incredible venue of the newly renowned 1440 Multiversity

in the beautiful and verdant forests of Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz California 

What: Sacred Drumming Introduction to Frame Drumming Retreat

☉ Learn to play the frame drum 

☉Twice daily ceremonial frame drum circle for all levels 

☉ Myth, mystery & history of the sacred feminine practice of frame drumming 

☉ Swim in the pool

☉ Enjoy delicious ccatered vegetarian meals

Where: 1440 Multiversity Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz California 

Who: A supportive circle of people, facilitated by Krista Holland - multifaceted teacher and independent researcher whose body of work spans artistic, mythic and disciplinary boundaries to cross-pollinate the fields of yoga, sacred drumming, permaculture, organic gardening, the living arts and storytelling. Krista teaches ongoing classes and workshops in Southern Oregon and facilitates International retreats and in-depth immersions. 

All levels welcome.  Beginners especially encouraged to come!
