Wednesday evenings are for experienced frame drummers

(Monday's circles are for begining drummers)

Frame drums will be provided

Space is limited.

This weekly circle is for experienced frame drummers. We will be playing traditional rhythms along with learning new longer patterns in both the lap style and upright playing positions.

Join in the rhtyhm play, herstory, meditation, mudra, mythology and ceremony of sacred drumming.

● Develop a solid drumming practice through weekly immersion into the ancient feminine

practice of frame drumming

● Learn and refine the strokes and playing techniques on the frame drum
