This weekly circle is for experienced frame drummers. We will be playing traditional rhythms along with learning new longer patterns in both the laplap-style style and upright playing positions.
Join in the rhythm play, herstory, meditation, mudra, mythology, and ceremony of sacred drumming.

● Develop a solid drumming practice through weekly immersion into the ancient feminine
practice of frame drumming
● Learn and refine the strokes and playing techniques on the frame drum
